Katie Teuber serves as the Director of Startup Engagement at Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs. With a passion for innovation and business development, Katie is at the forefront of connecting emerging startups with Comcast business leaders. Her role involves collaborating with diverse internal teams to identify, develop, and pilot groundbreaking ideas through the LIFT Labs Accelerator, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic growth. Katie completed her undergraduate degree at Ursinus College and has her MBA from Saint Joseph's University, bringing over a decade of experience at Comcast, where she previously played a role in shaping the Xfinity Mobile business development strategy. Her unique blend of strategic insight and entrepreneurial spirit positions her as a key player in driving media and technology innovation.

Guy has 30+ years’ experience creating highly successful organizations and stakeholder value. Formerly Evolve IP’s CEO, he helped achieve numerous recognitions such as Inc. and Forbes Magazines’ Best Places to Work, Best Entrepreneurial Organizations in America, an 8 time participant in the Inc. Magazine 500/5000 and has led over three dozen mergers and acquisitions in the US and abroad.
Involved with i2n since 2011, Guy currently serves on various advisory boards and is passionately engaged in helping drive the Southeastern PA business community. He is a founding advisory board member of the Downingtown STEM school, a mentor in PACT Mentor Connect, was West Chester University’s Entrepreneur in Residence in 2019 and a former Philadelphia Business Journal 40 under 40 recipient. He lives in Chester Springs, PA, with his wife and 3 children, spends much of his free time at Marsh and French Creek State Parks mountain biking and is currently a coach and board president of the Chester County Crusader CYO Football Program.

Larry Berran is an Advisory Partner for NewSpring's dedicated growth equity funds. He provides Executive Chair and Non-Executive Board Director services for a number of technology companies, leveraging his experience in profitably growing companies. Larry is currently the Executive Chairman of NSG Prior Funds’ portfolio companies CallMiner and HomeSource Systems. He is also a non-executive Director of InvestorLink.
Prior to these roles, Larry was CEO of NSG Prior Funds’ portfolio company iPipeline, a leading SaaS platform in the life insurance vertical in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, from 2002 to 2022, until it’s successful sale to Roper Technologies (NASDAQ: ROP). From 1997 to 2002, he worked at Safeguard Scientifics, then Internet Capital Group (a Safeguard partner company). From 1993 to 1997, he was a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
Larry has a B.S. from LaSalle University and is currently enrolled in the CPO program at the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.

Deputy Secretary of Technology and Entrepreneurship | PA Dept of Community & Economic Development
Jen Gilburg joined the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development in September 2023 as Deputy Secretary of Technology and Entrepreneurship. She has decades-long experience in technology and advanced manufacturing in the private sector. She has been on the forefront of such high growth technologies as data security and artificial intelligence, and has worked in advanced technologies for automotive, medical and robotics industries. Most recently, Jen served as Vice President of Business Development for a developer of AI-driven technology for use in autonomous vehicles and robotics. As Deputy Secretary of Technology and Entrepreneurship, she will focus on implementing the Shapiro Administration’s and DCED’s vision of attracting, fostering, and investing in people and companies focused on technology and innovation across multiple sectors, and throughout the state. She has a undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Management from Villanova University.

Chris Bradley is a seasoned global technology consultant and advisor with a background in assisting small, medium, and large enterprise organizations with their current and future technology needs when it comes to an array of services which included: internet, voice, phone system, cabling, cloud, cybersecurity, mobility, expense management, and cost reduction strategy. Chris is a part owner in a technology brokerage and advising firm called i-core networks.
Faith Davis
Faith Davis is the lead for Exelon's Climate Change Venture Capital Fund (2c2i), where she sources, invests in, and mentors early stage climate tech startups. Faith is an accomplished technology strategist with extensive expertise in emerging technology, venture capital (VC), entrepreneurship, and leadership. She earned her bachelors degreefrom Howard University and masters at Stanford in Electrical Engineering, before continuing on to also earn an MBA at Wharton.

Aaron Proietti
Aaron Proietti is the author of the book Today’s Innovator. He is an innovation expert with years of experience innovating in complex organizations. Aaron views innovation not as an activity, but as a competency that must be developed, led, and nurtured within both individuals and organizations.
A former Chief Innovation Officer at the global insurer Transamerica, Aaron is also an expert in technology trends and their impacts on people and organizations. Today, he is a speaker on topics such as innovation, disruption, and changemaking. Through his company “Today’s Innovator,” his writing, and his speaking, Aaron’s mission is to unlock the potential of people to drive meaningful change.
